FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Consult other users' questions or contact us for more information.
Can I put the drops on top of my contact lenses?
Yes, there is no problem. Our Senti2 eye drops are compatible with contact lens wearers.
What is the best way to use my eye drops?
Gently pull the corner of the lower eyelid down and tilt the head back. If you prefer, close the eye and apply the drops to the inner corner (tear trough).
If your eye closes when you drop the drops, we recommend that you do not look into the dropper when you press the dropper.
Should I store the drops in the refrigerator once opened?
It is not necessary. You should simply store them at room temperature and in places that are not exposed to the sun.
How often can I use the drops?
As often as necessary.
How long does it take for the soothing drops to take effect?
You should notice the effects soon. Thanks to the natural extracts of calendula and witch hazel, you will feel an instant and lasting relief from the symptoms of irritation and itchy eyes.
How many doses are in each bottle?
Each bottle of Senti2 soothing eye drops contains approximately 200 drops.
Is it possible to share the bottle of eye drops?
No, because the eye drops have a pointer and if it touches the eye of the person with whom it is shared and the eye of either of them has an infection (bacterial, for example), the pathology can spread.
There is also a risk of contaminating the drug and rendering it ineffective. Ocular medications should preferably be personalized.
What happens if you use expired eye drops?
Senti2 eye drops are a sterile isotonic solution, which means they are free of bacteria and other microorganisms.
However, over time, the preservatives in the solution may break down allowing microorganisms to grow. The use of expired eye drops can cause irritation, redness and even infection.
Therefore, you should never use expired eye drops. Check the expiration date before using any type of eye drops.
