With clean hands, roll and shape the cap into a ball.
3
Place the ball against the opening of the ear canal and press so that a smaller portion of the ball is pressed into the ear canal.

Flatten the rest of the plug on the outside of the opening so that it adheres to the skin and seals around the ear canal opening.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Consult other users' questions or contact us for more information.
How many uses can each cap have?
If the earplugs are for single use only, we do not recommend using them more than once. In the case of reusable earplugs, keep them clean so that they can last 2 to 4 weeks. Wash them gently with soap and water after each use and keep them in their box.
Can I sleep with earplugs?
Using earplugs to sleep is not a bad thing as long as they are used properly. That is, always wash them with soap and water after use and store them in a container to keep them clean and avoid infections. It is also important to check that there is no accumulated earwax in the ears because, if this is the case, the plug will push it out, worsening the situation. If you notice discomfort due to the use of earplugs, the best thing to do in these cases is to see a doctor.
